Annual Reports - preparing section 209 notices
The LCA Executive has received a number of queries from Registries and listed companies about the requirements for complying with the new section 209 of the Companies Act in respect of the annual report opt-in provisions. The attached checklist has been prepared by the LCA Executive and should be helpful to companies in complying with the new requirements.
The generic section 209 notice will follow in a separate email.
